I cycle to work every day along the path at the top of some hills overlooking a river. When the wind is in my hair, the sun sparkling across the water and the little boats bobbing up and down, I invariably congratulate myself on having the best commute in the world and I thank whatever deity is up there for the privilege. <br/><br/>That childhood experience of death must have been quite horrible.
